What We Do

We take a holistic approach from the outset: working alongside clients from the earliest stages of estimating, often helping them price and plan their steel package before they've won the work themselves. That collaborative mindset carries through to design coordination, where we draw on deep construction knowledge to find the most efficient path to build. Drafting and 3D modelling is completed in-house using Tekla and Advance Steel, and we make a point of involving our fabricators and installers early: because the people building it often have the best ideas on how to improve it.

Our two purpose-built workshops in Wetherill Park house a full processing and fabrication operation under one roof. At the heart of our processing capability are two CNC machines: a plate cutting table and a beam coping line. By bringing this capability in-house, we bypass the need for external processing and eliminate the delays of traditional cutting and drilling methods, moving from finalised design to cutting material nearly immediately: with greater precision and accuracy at every step. From there, our fabrication shop takes over: where experienced tradesmen and state-of-the-art welding equipment combine to produce work built to the standard our clients have come to expect.

Our dedicated site works team handles survey, set out and installation end to end, equipped with a wide range of lifting apparatus purpose-built for the work at hand. On site, we operate with a simple philosophy: the project comes first. We work in unison with our clients and other trades, adapt readily to changing site conditions, and focus on keeping the job moving with the project's success as the measure, not just our own.
